gave up on turmeric pills years ago

took turmeric capsules for probably two years and felt absolutely nothing from them. this stuff actually did something, which i assume is the black pepper doing its job?? either way im not going back to pills

didnt notice until i did something id stopped doing

I honestly didnt think the tincture was doing anything. then i knelt down to sort out a bottom cupboard and got back up without thinking about it, which i have not done in about two years! There was no pain, no struggles, just wow!

Tastes spicier than I expected

Just so people know, the Inflammation Support drops taste quite strongly of ginger and cinnamon. Not unpleasant, just stronger than I expected. Six weeks in and my hands are noticeably better in the mornings.
